Welcome to Dee Rocks!
Held annually in the picturesque Welsh town of Llangollen, Dee Rocks has established itself as the premier live music event aimed specifically at raising money for local good causes. All the event organisers and participants donate their equipment, skills and time at no cost to bring you an event that, year on year, exceeds all expectations.

Dee Rocks V took place on Saturday May 30th 2009 with all tickets sold out within 7 days of release.

Yet again, the organisers would like to extend their thanks to all participants and audience members who, year on year, produce an event that exceeds all our expectations.

There is only one Dee Rocks - accept no cheap alternatives!

Dee Rocks V Nominated Good Cause
The 2009 event raised over £2500 in much needed funds for the Llangollen Pre-School Playgroup, a community-run, voluntary organisation which relies on fundraising and the help of the community in order to operate.
The playgroup provide sessional daycare for children from 2¼ years to school age, including children with special needs helping to prepare them for school as well as learning through play and having fun.

The fees charged do not cover the running costs with the playgroup relying on grants and fundraising for the rest.

Dee Rocks are happy to be able to assist donating funds raised at the 2009 event to the Playgroup which provides such a core-community service to the town.

We are producing a DVD of this years event, including footage from the evening, backstage footage, behind-the-scenes preparations and rehearsals, plus footage from previous year's events which we hope to have on sale as soon as possible. Watch this space for details.

Styes 2010

We are always looking for new participants for the 'Styes in Their Eyes' part of the show, so if you feel you have the S-Factor, drop us an email as soon as possible. Note that places are limited, so early application is strongly advised.
